Spring Break: Key West, Florida

I have seen the ocean before when I was younger, but this was the first time that I will remember my experience. The weather in Key West, Florida was beautiful and the food was amazing. During the days I spent most of my time at the beach and nights were spent at restaurants eating delicious food.

During my trip, I went to two different beaches in Key West. The first beach was called Smathers Beach. It is approximately a half mile long filled with different activities to do, such as: paddle boarding, kayaking, and beach volleyball. The second beach was in Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park, which are the first four pictures in this post. This beach was absolutely beautiful. The water was a clear blue allowing you to see the fish swimming around in the ocean.

On one of the days, I did what is called the "Ultimate Adventure". It included: a Waterpark area, jet skiing, parasailing, and snorkeling. They also provided breakfast, lunch, and beverages for the day. Even thought it was windy and overcast that day, I enjoyed all six hours of it!

On the last night, I went on a Champagne Sunset Cruise which was also through the company that the ultimate adventure was through. I am so glad our group decided to do this; it was beautiful.

Swimsuit Edition

My spring break is a week away and I am so excited! I put together a post showing different types of swimsuits that are popular right now. I love the high waisted and one piece style right now. I will be on the beach for around five or so days, so I think it will be ok to switch up the style of swimsuit that I will be wearing without having too many awkward tan lines!
